How Do I Retrieve My Car?

If you see the *REQUEST CAR button in the app, simply tap it to initiate.  

The app will acknowledge the request with this message.

The Valet will message you when your car is 'Ready Current Time'

OR they may message with a specific time for your car retrieval. 


Once given this info, please be sure to retrieve your car when stated. If you need to cancel your Request, no worries. Tap CANCEL > YES.
